consumer for eligible outboards. (Choice offered to Florida Residents is a 24 month Yamaha Limited Warranty).

Consumer Credit Benefit Option Two: A consumer credit based on M.S.R.P. toward the purchase
of goods and/or services available at the authorized participating Yamaha Outboard Dealer that sold the outboard
at no extra cost to the purchasing consumer. NO BENEFIT SUBSTITUTIONS. Value of consumer credit benefit
is based on outboard technology and horsepower of eligible four stroke outboard models as follows: $125 for
2.5-6 HP, $150 for 8-25 HP, $300 for 30-50 HP, $400 for 60 HP, $400 for 75-90 HP, $500 for 115 HP, $750 for
150 HP, $1,000 for 200-225 HP 3.3 Liter V6, $1,500 for 250 HP 3.3 Liter V6, and $2,000 for 300-350 HP 5.3 Liter V8
four stroke outboards. NO BENEFIT SUBSTITUTIONS.

WHEN:
• This promotion is only applicable for eligible outboard models sold from May 1, 2010 – June 15, 2010.
Any outboard sold before or after these dates is not eligible.
